get your hands
A rarely seen shoe, the Nike Talache Mid is getting a new colorway from Nike Sportswear in time for the winter … although it looks like more of a summer release. January 2010 will se a Nike Talache Mid AC ND sail/sail-obsidian release showcasing the simplicity of the design through simple colors and a minimalistic design approach that sees an upper that is entirely Swoosh-less (although there is a small one on the rear of the midsole). The shoes features white and off-white, with a subtle checkered pattern running parallel to the midsole and a black line bordering the midsole. More pictures after the jump. Via GLLTN.comIf you’re digging the somewhat recent trend of doing over-the-top metallic colors on high tops, Jordan Brand has just the thing for you. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High nike shoes Metallic Zinc/Metallic Zinc-Shadow Grey sports an all gold upper (well, zinc … whatever), a white midsole and shadow grey on the oustole, laces and tongue tag. I don’t mean to sound like a hype beast, but I would swoop these up in a second. And those places that haven’t received them yet ought to this weekend, starting November 6th. Really nice colorway, and a good departure from the suede norm as that would be a bit less manageable for the winter. Grab a pair at CCS.com. And check out the upcoming If I’m not mistaken, this is the first close-up photograph of the Nike SB Stefan Janoski blue/white that hasn’t been off a catalog page. I don’t want it to sound like I’m hyperbolizing this, but it might be the best Stefan Janoski to date (and this is from someone who really digs the shoe). The contrast in materials is nice, with a perforated overlay leading into smooth suede over the toe. The only drawback? You have to wait until April 2010 to get your hands on these. Via N-SB.org.
